If you should be unhappy with a product for any reason, feel free to return it within 10 days for a prompt and cheerful refund or exchange of that item. Items need to be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Special order items and DVD's that have been opened are not refundable.
To request a refund:
1. Notify us within 10 days that you are sending the item back, along with your reason for return. Th items must not be damaged or altered. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
2. Returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after notification of intent to return, using the same or similar shipping method, insured for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling.
Provided that the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of your return.
